Lump Sum Fees
Our fees are commensurate with the percentage of project construction value and/or an agreed scope of works.
Hourly Rate Plus Expenses
AHC can be engaged on an hourly rate plus travel charges and agreed incurred costs.
Retainer Fee
Architectural Hardware Consulting and Client agree on a monthly retainer to carry out an approved degree of services.
Travel Expenses
Except where stated otherwise, Metro Area travel is charged on an hourly rate and on a door to door basis. Country Areas are charged on an hourly rate and on a door to door basis plus fuel at cost. Inter-state economy class flights, taxis and accommodation are charged at cost plus administration fee.
Terms Of Payment
Strictly 30 days from Invoice Date. Late payment fees apply to overdue accounts.
