- Other Product means a door hardware product that is not counted and allowed for in an Architectural Hardware Consulting Pty Ltd door hardware schedule and is supplied by other parties.
- We/Us/Our refers as appropriate to a business registered as Architectural Hardware Consulting Pty Ltd (ACN: 139 634 843)
- You means the client specified in the facing page of an Architectural Hardware Consulting Pty Ltd door hardware schedule.
- We have prepared the information in the door hardware schedule for You solely for the purpose of proposing door hardware suitable for the project. It isbased on the Documentation You have provided to Us.
- Where there is a change to the Documentation, or some other material change to the project, that may affect the suitability of the door hardware proposed.
