AHC provides a high level of Construction Administration Services

We maintain the earlier produced Contract Documentation through to Administering Existing Documentation from an alternative source.

 

AHC reviews shop drawings from fabricators as being consistent and in-line with Specification and Design. We also manage the RFI process associated with the door openings, architectural door hardware, security access control and automated door openings of the project. AHC verifies that the information submitted from various participants conforms to the Design Specifications, BCA, Standards Australia and Local Authorities Statutory Requirements.

We maintain all changes to door openings, door hardware and security access control items

As part of AHC’s administration role we maintain all changes to door openings, door hardware and security access control items contained inside the door schedule. All amendments are given a revision number and high-lighted for ease of identification.

AHC also attends client, architect, construction meetings and provides guiding advice along with recommendations where required. We can provide workshop and roadmap services to the key stakeholders that assists to crystalise the finished outcome and help lessen unnecessary mistakes.
